Objectives

 

AF’s main priority is to improve the effectiveness of Client’s existing documentation system, specifically the hardcopy organization system; to meet both the ISO 9001:2008 and Client’s specific requirements for documentation. The Document Control Management System (DCMS) and Document Indexing Management System (DIMS) cover the various aspects of documentation systems as follows:

  •  ▪ Adoption of a standard, reliable, well-organized and user-friendly system for the whole    document control activities within the Client’s company.
  •  ▪ To assist Clients in meeting the internal / external audit requirements at any time.
  •  ▪ To assist Clients to ensure continual improvement of the document control system.
  •  ▪ To assist Clients to reduce costs and time in terms of document tracking, monitoring    and report generation.
