Scope of Services

 

The complete packages for AF’s services are as follows:

  1. Assessment on the existing Documentation System
  2. Development and/or Improvement of DCMS Procedures
  3. Reorganization and Restructuring of Physical Files and Documents (Active or Inactive)
  4. Development and Deployment of DIMS
  5. DCMS and DIMS Training
  6. Maintenance and Monitoring of DCMS and DIMS Systems
  7. DCMS and DIMS Audit

The actual scope of services, however, will depend on the Client’s specific requirements.

 

Assessment of the Existing Documentation System

AF will review and audit Client’s existing documentation system, to assess its compliance to MS ISO 9001:2008 standards and requirements for proper documentation.

The assessment will cover the various aspects of documentation including:

  1. Existing Documentation Procedures and Working Instructions.
  2. Document Numbering and Coding System.
  3. Document Registration and Tracking System.
  4. Document Filing System.
  5. Document Archival and Disposal System.

AF will submit a comprehensive assessment report outlining the discrepancies / inadequacies of the existing documentation system, and the required corrective and preventive actions to be taken to ensure full compliance with MS ISO 9001:2008 standards and requirements together with a proposal to the Client.
